I am a snowbird and have contended with various different pool service companies.A friend referred me to Isles Pool Service. My pool is always in pristine condition whether I am there in FL or not. I recently needed some equipment repairs and replacement systems. I was so impressed that Ofer at Isles Pool Service didn't seek to sell me something but instead thought he could save me money and repair some of the components on the motherboard. In fact they then even sent me a picture because I am out of state. I sure did appreciate that level of service, care and honesty. ~ Ed
Firstly, let us say we are so pleased with your pool maintenance service. Our pool has never looked so good. But the reason for this letter is to let you know how ecstatic we are with our new Intelliflo Variable Speed Programmable pump you installed for us. The pump is so quiet that we hardly realize it's running. You said we would be happy with it and also stated it would save us approximately $50 a month on our electric bill. At the time, that was difficult to believe. When we received our first electric bill since the installation, there it was, a $51, savings on the bill for the first month.
